Brenden DuBois became a broker after relocating back to the Seattle area. He spent many years working in human services, management, and customer service fields but has always maintained a strong desire to work in real estate.
His love of people and the buying and selling experience helps him greatly when discerning and understanding what his clients are looking for in finding a new home. His clients receive timely, thorough, and careful attention to detail accompanied with easy accessibility.
Brenden grew up in Bellevue and has an extensive knowledge base of its developing area, as well as the neighborhoods of his new home in Seattle. He provides an in-depth understanding of what each neighborhood has to offer while specializing in market trends, new developments in the area, and resident attractions. When not diving into the Seattle real estate market, Brenden loves to spend time with his two boys.
Aside from a brief time living in Santiago, Chile, and Miami as a child, Isabel Uriarte has spent her life residing in neighborhoods all over the Puget Sound region – including Bellevue, Tacoma, Capitol Hill, Ballard, and West Seattle.
Isabel’s innate creative talents first led her to a career as a professional photographer. She soon found herself drawn to property photography, and began working for one of the top real estate photography companies in our region. Her passion for real estate continued to blossom, leading her to working with Brenden and helping build the BTB Collective.
In her spare time, Isabel enjoys hiking, road trips, Netflix binging, and live music. She supports Stand For Trees, a non-profit organization protecting and sustaining ancient and tropical forests, as well as the ACLU.
For nearly her entire life Michelle Rafferty has lived in the Puget Sound region, finally settling in Lake Stevens where she resides now with her family. Her 15+ years of experience in community relations, sales, marketing, and management has given her a truly unique approach to helping her clients with their real estate needs.
Michelle believes a client-broker relationship stems from a friendship of trust, loyalty, and a safe place. But – she’s always up for a good laugh as well! She particularly loves working with families, individuals, and children who have a “need.” Her clients find her trust-worthy, compassionate, loyal, and dedicated.
In her spare time, Michelle loves walking, meditating, fishing, gardening, and building memories with her kiddo. She supports Plymouth Housing Group and Real Change, and has volunteered as a teacher’s assistant with Child Haven.
A Los Angeles native, DJ “Donald” Beavers moved to the Seattle area in 2015 to attend school at the University of Washington and has been in love with the Pacific Northwest ever since. While in college he played linebacker for the University of Washington, where he accrued multiple Pac-12 championships along with appearances in big bowl games such as the College Football Playoff.
DJ prides himself on fostering trust by creating a comfortable real estate experience through giving professional and personalized service tailored to each of his clients’ distinct, individual needs. He strives every day to cultivate client relationships that go beyond the bounds of just the transaction.
In his off time DJ, an ex-bartender, loves to create craft cocktails for himself and friends. He also loves to get outdoors and enjoy the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest by hiking and fishing whenever he can – although his favorite pastime is watching the Husky football team win on Saturdays.
Born and raised in the city of Seattle, Adrian Stinardo has spent most of his life becoming well-acquainted with the Pacific Northwest. His background is primarily in legal and human services, but he has come to incorporate this expertise into real estate.
While working for a Seattle employment law firm, Adrian found an aptitude for legal and contractual work, as well as a passion for working with people. His drive for helping clients and associates in achieving their goals led him to working with Brenden, and bringing this passion to the BTB Collective.
In his spare time, Adrian enjoys cooking, running, and playing with his dog. He also loves to get out into the Seattle area with friends and family, enjoying the Pacific Northwest’s incredible scenery and great restaurants.
